You may well have stopped smoking at some time in the past, possibly even for a considerable length of time, then something happened, and you restarted.
Or this may be the first time you have seriously considered giving up smoking.
Either way, this is the best time for you to stop smoking. The very fact of your looking at this site means you are serious, that you have decided you want to stop, and maybe your only decision is how and when. We will look at how your thoughts contribute to making it difficult, and how to change them to thoughts that make it easy for you to stop smoking.
I speak with personal experience. I started smoking seriously in my mid teens, and finally stopped for good before my 31st birthday. It doesn't matter how many years you have smoked for. The only thing that ultimately matters is that you want to stop.
I would be delighted to help you achieve your goal of becoming a non-smoker. I will see you over two sessions, in order that any issues that may arise from stopping smoking after the first session can be addressed in the second. Many people are worried about overeating instead for instance.
Should you require phone support afterwards, you will be free to ring at any reasonable time. Only two clients to date have taken advantage of this free facility.
